BBQ's
Al Fresco barbecuing and chargrilling is a speciality whatever the weather. Summertime flavours and aromas are produced by our uniquely marinated meats and fish.
We always cook, smoke and chargrill over real wood and charcoal on our custom made multi level barbeques. Combine all this with homemade fresh salsas, dips and sauces and let us create the ultimate recipe for success.

Cakes
As part of our service we offer the best and most delicious bespoke cakes. We can do traditional fruit, rich chocolate truffle, carrot, walnut, lemon drizzle or any combination that you would like or even a layer of each! Our designers are extremely skilled and like to be challenged!
Menus
We create menus tailored to suit each client's taste and style of entertaining, our philosophy is simple; we buy the best ingredients and combine them in a modern style with classical influences. If you have a fixed menu in your head, we will cater to your wishes, however if you have absolutely no idea of what you would like, we can guide you in the right direction.
Staff
We have a great blend of personalities each bringing their own bit of magic and talent into the mix. Our chefs continue to create imaginative menus alongside our experienced event managers who provide the personal service and little touches that help make each event unique and memorable. Together as a team we always aspire to deliver a professional and seamless service.
